About Agnes Wehr

Yoga therapy and yoga teacher Agnes Wehr has completed many yoga workshops at home and abroad. She offers yoga personal training, therapeutic yoga (yoga therapy) and business yoga. She also organizes weekend retreats in wellness hotels for small groups. Her yoga includes meditation, breathing and physical exercises. Always with the focus on mindfulness and keeping your own body healthy. With yoga, the inner balance can be balanced and the body can come to rest.
